About Us
Robert Memory, DMD, MD
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College in 1995 and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1999. After dental school, he completed a general practice residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey. There he received broad exposure in all aspects of dental care, and he especially enjoyed the challenges of treating head and neck trauma. He decided he must go back to school, so to speak, to become an oral surgeon. He applied and was accepted to a very competitive six-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. In the course of his residency training, Dr. Memory earned a medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He has been practicing in Massachusetts since 2007.
Dr. Memory is trained in the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery including extractions, pathology, facial trauma, anesthesia/sedation and implant and bone-grafting procedures. He was part of a team that performed the first ever CT-computer guided implant placement at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Memory is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Memory enjoys volunteering on behalf of his professional community. He has held multiple leadership positions in the Metropolitan District Dental Society, including Chairperson, and the Massachusetts Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where he currently serves as President. In 2019, he received the Robert Burke award for volunteerism from the Metropolitan District Dental Society. He is consistently named a “Top Doctor” by his peers as reported in Boston magazine. Dr. Memory is also an active member of the medical staff at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and is a licensed dentist and physician in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Dr. Memory lives in Needham with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys travel, golf, and skiing, and is a passionate fan of all of the championship sports teams in Boston.
Ross Fahey, DDS
Dr. Fahey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Emory University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2018. While at Tufts, Dr. Fahey was honored to receive the Sterns Scholarship for Excellence in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Fahey lives in Boston with his wife and their rescue dog, Nessie. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, exploring Boston, trying new restaurants, and watching his favorite sports teams, especially the UNC Tar Heels and Arsenal. He is also currently working on learning Spanish.

Ann starting working as a dental assistant right after high school, and she soon specialized in oral surgery in order to continue to learn about medicine and develop professionally. In 2012, she earned her DAANCE certification (dental anesthesia assistant national certification examination). Several decades into her career, Ann brings wisdom and well-balanced experience to our office every day, along with a calming energy that patients really appreciate. When she’s not working, Ann enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling with her husband, and visiting her two sons who serve in the military.
Gina

Gina
Gina studied dental assisting at American Career Institute and received her certificate in 2012. She enjoys the interesting variety of patients and procedures that oral surgery offers, and is certified as a dental anesthesia assistant by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Gina lives in Uxbridge with her blended family of seven, including her young son, as well as cousins and other extended family members.

Jen had such a good experience going to the dentist as a child, that it was her own childhood hygienist who inspired her to pursue her career in dental assisting. Almost 20 years later, Jen still loves her job, helping oral surgery patients feel comfortable and helping to make a difference in their lives. In 2012 she earned the prestigious DAANCE certification (dental anesthesia assistant national certification examination). Outside the office she enjoys traveling and crafting with her large family.
Wendy

Wendy
After working for over 20 years as a dental and oral surgery assistant, Wendy was recently promoted to practice administrator. She studied marketing in college, therefore she brings business savvy and efficiency to her current professional role. She enjoys translating medical terminology for patients, as well as educating them about all of their insurance options for their maximum benefit. Outside the office she can be found chauffeuring her daughter to volleyball, cooking with her husband, or playing with her King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Penny.

A certified public accountant, Jean transitioned recently to healthcare to direct her financial expertise toward helping patients navigate health insurance and billing. Fluent in Korean and an active member of her church, in her free time Jean helps translate her pastor’s sermons into English for publication. She also plays the piano and loves listening to classical music and jazz.

Samantha
Samantha initially went to college to become a teacher, but she credits her stint at Starbucks for training her memory and igniting her passion for customer service. She brings six years of oral surgery office experience to our office, where she strives to create a welcoming environment and works hard to delve into all of the details required for insurance coverage. Outside the office she enjoys reading and disk golfing. She’s also an avid video game streamer.

Delfina was born and raised in Boston and is a mother of four beautiful daughters. She has over ten years of administrative experience in health care, starting her career at Boston Medical Center. She’s fluent in three languages: Spanish, Portuguese and Cape Verdian Creole. She enjoys meeting new people daily as part of her role at the front desk, and she enjoys shopping, reading and traveling with her family in her spare time.
